I’m not a big fan of crowds. And I’m a bit of an introvert. But don’t get me wrong — I love people.
YOU, for example — I think you’re great!
And you over there, sitting on your sofa reading this right now, you’re pretty cool.
But CROWDS — just not a fan. Especially when it’s hot.
So when I was planning to visit the one place in Florence that I really wanted to see again, I made sure to look up when they opened. And then I showed up right on the dot when they were literally opening up their doors. 😆
Boboli Gardens in Florence, Italy was originally built for the Medici family and sits behind the Pitti Palace. It was a three-minute walk from our apartment and I went alone because the kids needed to sleep in that morning.
